CHILDREN’S POLICY

For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests, Tillman Salon (TS) does not permit children 12 and under in the salon area unless they are receiving services. Children 12 and under receiving salon services must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services. Please be aware that TS is not responsible for the well being of children in the salon.

RESERVATIONS

Appointments at Tillman Salon must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, we require a 24-hour notice of any cancellations. Cancellations without a minimum 24-hour notice and missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to your credit card.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Tillman Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, personal checks and cash. All personal, in state checks must include proper identification with two phone numbers and driver’s license number. We do not accept out of state checks and we do not give cash back on any sales.

NOISE FREE ENVIRONMENT

Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from use of cell phone, tablet and gaming devices. If you must use your devices, please request headphones to maintain a peaceful environment.

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is at the discretion of the client. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card or added to checks made out to Tillman Salon

RETURN CHECK FEE

There is a $30.00 returned check fee.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service at Tillman Salon, please notify the salon manager within 72 hours of the service date. Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.

RETURNS

All merchandise returned within 14 days with a Tillman receipt may be exchanged, or a store credit will be applied to the client's account. All appliance, clearance and makeup sales are final.
